| Disfrutamos del hotel, lo que ofrece tanto en sus restaurantes como en el Spa.
La ubicación en la ciudad amurallada es excelente, se puede recorrer a pie lugares muy bonitos e interesantes |

| This is in a historic restoration site within the old city. Service is gracious. The pool area is esthetically lovely and very pleasant to relax at. Rooms are fine, not special for the price. Bathrooms are elegant but small. Some areas for improvement include better dehumidification to reduce the mold and its odor in places, such as the elevators. The food we sampled in the bar/restaurant cost as much as in NYC but was disappointing. Better to go outside to eat and drink, which we did. |

| O atendimento é fantástico, todo staff é gentil e muito educado. O hotel é muito bem conservado, os quartos são ótimos. Tente um quarto com vista para o mar, vale a pena. Excelente pedido é passar o tempo no terraço do hotel vendo o por do sol. A localização também é muito bom, próxima das principais atrações históricas de Cartagena, porém em um bairro um pouco mais tranquilo, com uma charmosa praça. |

| Hotel cómodo, atención muy buena (calidad y vocación de servicio).
Hubiera sido importante que nos aconsejen no apagar NUNCA el aire acondicionado porque entonces la habitación literalmente se inundó por la humedad (vaporización).
Las comidas muy buenas también y el desayuno más que suficiente. La decoración del hotel es linda y bien ambientada al convento que fue anteriormente.
Impecable, camas cómodas. |

| The Santa Clara is the best hotel in Cartagena! Just spend a few minutes on their website and know that everything will be as expected. The location is perfect and the hotel history is impressive. Must stay hotel for this town! |
